Dan, the world needs to know:
Why did you make the show?

“I took a deep-dive into a historical event that I found to be as ridiculous as it was fascinating, so I attempted to understand it better.

Part of that process was typing imagined conversations between key figures of the 1893 events. Eventually, I had an absurd, 9-episode script.

My hope for the project is to give people something to laugh at and shake their heads, while also prompting conversations about whether we've come far as a society, at all.”
